Topic of the lecture

”What is legal basis for holding a Non-State Armed Group as such accountable for violations of international human rights and humanitarian law obligations and how will such an extension of international legal personality enhance respect for international law compared to reliance on a more extended responsibility of states and responsibility of individual members and commanders of a Non-State Armed Group?”
